    Important notes

    • Tip: This is an original pattern inspired by the photo. Hidden details are interpreted from the image, and the pattern has not been physically test-crocheted.
    • Tip: Abbreviations (US terms): ch = chain, sc = single crochet, hdc = half double crochet, dc = double crochet, sl st = slip stitch, MR = magic ring, BLO = back loop only.
    • Tip: The ch 4 at the start of mesh rows counts as a dc and a ch-1 space. The ch 1 at the start of sc rows and rounds does not count as a stitch.
    • Tip: Measure your rolls first. The pockets fit rolls up to about 4.5 in (11.5 cm) across.

    Pattern FAQ

Why turn for the bobble rounds?

Bobbles bulge away from the side facing you, so working them with the inside facing you makes them pop out on the outside.

    Will the mesh panel stretch?

Cotton holds up well, but sewing ribbon or twill tape along the back edges keeps it from lengthening under the weight.

    Can I use acrylic yarn?

Yes, but acrylic stretches more. Cotton or a cotton blend is better for holding weight in a bathroom.

    How do I wash it?

Remove the rolls, hand wash in cool water or machine wash gently in a laundry bag, reshape, and lay flat to dry.
